Phase 1: Research & Discovery

Objective: Understand the Australian and Global market landscape, target audience, and competitive positioning for AI call centre services.

DotInfinity is keen to support Iotasol and its client in their continued growth and productivity outcomes with this new product by ensuring they are able to competitively position their product and arrive at the right revenue outcomes. Following in the overall cost breakdown

  1. Phase 1: Duration 3 weeks, Cost: 9000

  2. Phase 2: Duration 2 weeks, Cost: 5000

  3. Phase 3: Duration 2 weeks, Cost: 6000

  4. Phase 4: (optional)TBD

Total: 7 weeks, AUD 20,000 + GST

(excluding optional Phase 4)

*Costs are subject to change based on the Iotasol incentive, which will be factored in if the proposal is presented to the end client. This pricing excludes any research incentives or travel expenses that may arise. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before proceeding.

Payment milestones

  • Payment upon signing the contract and initiating the project.

  • Payment upon completing Phase 1 Discovery and research activities. Payment must be completed before workshop commencement of Phase 2.

  • Payment must be completed on shareback of recommendations out of Phase 2 and prior to commencement of Phase 3 testing activities.

  • Payment must be completed prior to digital delivery Final recommendations report.

  • Phase 4 activities and milestones shall be determined later.
